I'm having trouble logging into the site...or...
I'm having problems with your Strongbox security system

Strongbox is our site's defence against hackers, brute force attacks, and password sharing.

Using the Strongbox system (site members only)

Enter in your details (remember they are case sensitive!) and type in the secret word you see on the page. This will log you into the members area of Mature Facials. If you get an error message please do not try and log in again and again and again! This could cause problems with Strongbox. Click "try again with a different word" then carefully re-enter your details and the new secret word. If after a few attempts, and you're sure all your details are correct, please email us with your login and password. We will sort out the problem immediately.

Please be aware that you cannot share your password with a friend! The security features on our site will block this kind of activity, log your IP address and finally put a hold on your pass altogether. We can see the IP addresses of logins you're using so please don't hand out your pass then email complaining it is blocked.

**AOL Users** We have had several issues with members using the AOL browser to view our site. Due to our strongbox security, sometimes the AOL browser has difficulty viewing, or downloading our video. Please use Internet Explorer, or our favourite - FireFox and this problem should resolve itself. Alternately, try downloading the video rather than streaming it to your media player. To do this, right click the video links and choose "save target as..." (Internet Explorer) or "save link as..." (Firefox)

Video Playback Issues

One of the most common problems members have is with playback of our video(s). This is not due to our site or our videos being messed up! All our movies are tested on multiple systems before being uploaded. In essence - we know they work :) If you are having video playback issues, 99% of the time it will be one of the following:

As mentioned before people browsing Mature Facials using the AOL interface often run into playback issues.
9 times out of 10 this is easily solved by using Internet Explorer or FireFox instead.

*New!* Some Firefox users experience loss of sound when playing back video. Please download this plugin!

If you are trying to stream our videos and are experiencing stuttery playback, lag or loss of audio, simply download them to your computer instead. Not only will you get hassle-free playback, you can enjoy them over and over again at your leisure. To do this, right click the video links and choose "save target as..." (Internet Explorer) or "save link as..." (Firefox)

Video file(s) won't open/play at all. Make sure you are using the latest version of Windows Media Player or Real Player. Whichever media player you do use, it is always worth looking to see if you have the latest upgrade. This often solves problems immediately. If you are all up to date and video is still not playing, it could well be a codec issue. Windows needs certain video codecs to playback video. Sometimes installing certain windows programs will affect operation of said codecs and you will have trouble playing certain files. We have found this codec pack a very good remedy to a lot of problems XP Codec Pack Installation is easy and takes just a minute. Reboot after install and this should cure your problem.

*New!* One of our members who couldn't get our video to play in any of his media players emailed us this week saying he had found a fix by using the Winamp media player. This solved all problems and not only could he watch all our videos perfectly, a load of others he had that previously wouldn't work, now worked! So, if after all the advice above you still cannot play our video clips, please try downloading Winamp instead :)

You can also try disabling your firewall, then restarting your browser.

If you're still having issues after trying all the above, please email us immediately and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Normally the above information will sort out any problems members might be having.

How often do you update Mature Facials?
The site is updated several times a week with fresh MILF content. A new exclusive video is added once a week.

How much is membership to Mature Facials?
A full month, recurring membership is $23.95, or you can get a one month pass that doesn't rebill for $39.95

I would like to cancel my membership. Can you do this for me?
No - we can not.. You must do this yourself depending on which processor you used to sign up with.
